If you enjoy a drink occasionally, leave your cash at home if you set out to do your drinking in a casino. I’m serious. Clean out your pocketbook, your wallet, and keep all cash, credit cards and checks at home. Only take only the money you intend to spend on alcohol, tipping and whatever pocket change you expect to lose and keep the remainder behind.

Pessimistic? Not really. Just realistic. You could experience a win following a drunken night out with your friends and be lucky enough to hook a long roll at a hot craps game. Keep that adventure because it’s as brief as it gets if you continually drink alcohol and gamble. These activities simply do not mix.

Keeping your moola back at the hotel is a tiny bit excessive, but preventative measures for excessive behavior is compulsory. If you gamble to succeed, then don’t drink and gamble. If you are able to afford to blow your $$$$ nary a concern, then consume all the no charge beer you are able to handle, but don’t carry plastic credit and chequebooks to toss into the mix of chasing losses after your drunk as a skunk head squanders everything!

Allow me to take this one step further. Don’t drink alcohol and then hop on the internet to play in your preferred online casino either. I enjoy a beer from the comfort of my abode, however due to the fact that I am hooked up through Neteller, Firepay and keep charge cards near by, I can not consume alcohol and wager.

What’s the reason? Despite the fact that I don’t consume alcohol to excess, once I drink, it’s certainly enough to blur my judgment. I gamble, so I do not consume alcohol when betting. If you are a drinker, don’t gamble at the same time. Both make for a dangerous, and costly, cocktail.
