If you like to have a beverage occasionally, leave your cash at home if you are going to do your consuming in a casino. I am serious. Leave your pocketbook, your wallet, and leave all money, plastic credit and cheques at home. Pack only the money you intend to use on beverages, tipping and whatever pocket change you expect to squander and leave the remainder behind.
Contemptuous? Not at all. Realistic more like. You can have a win following a boozy night out with your buddies and be lucky sufficiently to hook a long toss at a smokin craps game. Don’t forget that story seeing that it’s as brief as it gets if you always consume alcohol and gamble. The pair just don’t mix.
Keeping your money out of the casino might be a tiny bit drastic, but preventative measures for excessive behavior is a requirement. If you gamble to profit, then do not drink alcohol and gamble. If you like to burn your assets nary a concern, then consume all the free beer your stomach are able to handle, but do not carry plastic credit and checkbooks to throw into the mix of going after losses after your hooched up self loses all the cash!
Allow me to carry this one step further. Don’t drink alcohol and then go on the web to play in your favorite online casino either. I love to cocktail from the coziness of my abode, but seeing that I am linked up through Neteller, Firepay and have charge cards near by, I can not drink alcohol and bet.
Why? Although I don’t drink a lot, once I drink, it is definitely sufficient to befuddle my judgment. I wager, so I do not drink when wagering. If you are more of a drinker, don’t wager when you do. Both create a decimating, and costly, cocktail.
